Investment Casting
Brukar Inc. is a manufacturer of consistent high-quality investment castings for OEMs throughout North America and Europe. Also referred to as "precision casting" or "lost-wax" casting. Sand Casting
Green Sand & Air Set Sand. Induction furnace 330–660 lb (150–300 kg); size range 1.1–2,200 lb (0.5–1,000 kg). Cores: no-bake, zircon, ceramic. Testing: spectrometer, tensile, hardness, CMM. CNC turning, milling, drilling, grinding, cutting, reaming, threading.

Shell Mold Casting
Resin-coated sand, ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, ideal for small-to-medium high-precision parts.

Permanent Mold Casting
Gravity die casting. Tolerance ±0.015"/inch + ±0.002"/inch. Parting line shift ±0.010"–0.030". Minimum wall 0.187" (4.75 mm). Draft 2°–4°. Finish 150–300 RMS.

Die Casting
NADCA standards apply. Non-ferrous (zinc, copper, aluminum, tin alloys). As-cast tolerance ±0.005"; standard ±0.010"/first inch + ±0.002"/additional inch. Ra 63–125 µin. Minimum draft 0.5°. Minimum wall 0.030".
